Return & Replacement Policy
We at Skin Pro Cosmetics understand the importance of Returns & Replacements when it comes to shopping online. However, in order to avoid fraudulent activities, following conditions must be met to be eligible for our Return & Replacement offer:
Returns & replacement policy is only applicable if the received items are either damaged or wrongly delivered.
Any claim raised after 24 hours of the delivery date will not be accepted.
Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery date via call, i.e. +923011696333
Claimed item must not be unsealed / opened / used and should stay in its original packaging & condition.
Replacement will only be issued against claims that are posted back to our warehouse in 7 days of delivery date. Once the return is received and analyzed by quality assurance team, replacement will be issued upon successful product condition evaluation.
The items being returned are customers’ responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so should be properly packed to avoid delivery damages.
Replacement of same product & shade will be preferred. A different product or shade is not encouraged for replacement – please report the case in detail to Customer Service team for any possibility.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
